Button1 .....Left Mouse Button
Button2.......enter Mouse Button (click-able scroll wheel in some cases)
Button3......Right Mouse Button
Button4........Scroll Wheel Up
Button5.......Scroll Wheel Down
If you have customized your mouse in '/etc/X11/xorg.conf' then these buttons will operate according to that map.
